Starting price and initial term

The Kaxpe Growth Management System starts at $3,000 per month with a three-month initial commitment and monthly payment in advance. Final scope and price are confirmed in a signed agreement after Kaxpe reviews fit and complexity.

Standard accounting boundary

The standard starting scope supports one operating entity and may include monthly transaction categorization, bank and credit-card reconciliations, month-end close, financial statements, management reporting, cash-flow forecasting, and financial analysis. Payroll processing, bill payment, tax work, attest services, major historical cleanup, additional entities, and unusually complex remediation are excluded unless separately agreed.

Marketing responsibility

Kaxpe may help establish growth targets, marketing economics, budgets, performance measures, and accountability. The client or its specialists remain responsible for advertising, SEO, websites, content, social media, and campaign execution.

No guarantees

Kaxpe does not guarantee revenue growth, leads, marketing performance, profit improvement, cash availability, financing, or achievement of a stated milestone. Results depend on market conditions, sales execution, labor capacity, customer demand, client decisions, and other factors outside Kaxpe’s control.

Professional-services agreement

Scope, timing, fees, client responsibilities, confidentiality, limitations, and termination are controlled by a separately signed agreement. Website descriptions do not override that agreement.
