This policy explains the limited information collected through the public Kaxpe website and how a strategy-call application is delivered.
Application information
Kaxpe collects the information you voluntarily provide in the Growth Strategy Call application, including contact details, company information, revenue range, team size, growth target, and the primary constraint affecting the next milestone.
Email delivery through Resend
Application information is transmitted through Resend and delivered by email to Kaxpe. The Kaxpe website does not store a separate database copy of the application. Email providers may process and retain message data according to their own service and legal requirements.
How information is used
Kaxpe uses application information to evaluate fit, respond to the applicant, protect the website from abuse, and assess marketing performance. Kaxpe does not sell application information.
Do not submit confidential records
Public forms must not be used for passwords, account numbers, bank statements, tax records, or other confidential financial files. Secure instructions are provided only after next steps are confirmed.

Contact billing@kaxpe.co to request correction or deletion of information held by Kaxpe, subject to applicable legal and record-retention obligations.
